Tenant improvement build-out of 50,000 SF in 3.5 months to meet critical move-in demands of a growing medical device company. Scope included complete demo of existing 1st and 2nd floor footprint to accommodate new functional areas that included 20,000 SF of new laboratory space (including ISO 7 Dry Rms. and support labs), corporate executive offices, all hands meeting area and high-end conference rooms. Specific work included demolition and relocation of existing HVAC units, installation of platforms to support new HVAC equipment including dedicated dehumidification and LEED efficient interconnected industrial and heating hot water system.
