11,890SF facility with upgrades to the existing shell as it was structurally insufficient to accommodate the new buildings needs. This included pile driving piers, new structural framing for the building including columns and exoskeleton to be erected to accommodate the hanging clean room wall system provided by AES(Premanufactured clean room walls, components complete envelope). Project also consisted of underground plumbing upgrade to meet the clients needs, providing an on site generator, and other various ADA components for upgrade as needed.
