NOVO Construction believes that the Safety and well-being of our employees is a core value and key component to a successful company and project. From the beginning NOVO Construction has developed and implemented a strong safety culture among its employees and is committed to be an industry leader in safety and all aspects of our work, including accident prevention and owner liability protection. Employees are empowered to take any action necessary to ensure the highest level of safety compliance.
Another success factor is the development and training of employees. All employees receive comprehensive OSHA approved trainings as a requirement and a condition of work. Safety trainings include topics related to Construction and General industry; including Environmental law and other mandated trainings determined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Sentinel
NOVO utilizes Sentinel as its paperless accounting and project management system. Sentinel is a propriety web-based platform developed in-house at NOVO to meet the specific needs of fast-paced tenant improvement projects. By interfacing directly with Box, PlanGrid, and Docusign it allows project information to be cloud-based and available to team members at any time.
