Invaluable Experience
Starting out at NOVO, you will build 2-4 projects a year (each project duration is about 12-18 weeks) instead of just one project that lasts multiple years. You will be exposed to various clients, architects and all subcontractor trades . Your first 18-24 months with NOVO will allow you to learn the ins and outs of the industry and set you up for the rest of your career.
