80,000 SF over three floors with an interconnecting staircase that spans all three floors, undulating faceted blackened steel belly. Each floor represents a textile; fabric, wood, and masonry. This project also included a large all hands area with drop down operable partition, game room, showers, large break/catering, and a tech stop counter.
