75,000 SF tenant improvement consisting of an open office space with an intimate privacy setting facilitated by custom slat walls, hanging felt treatments and strategically placed millworks. Also included in the project were geometric felt ceilings, open ceilings accenting mechanical design and bar joist structure, and two Big Ass fans. Circulation included game room, coffee retreat, and large break area with flat panel displays. Scattered acoustical furniture retreats, a garden themed room, a library style retreat, and a cinema style lounge.
