Electric Hydrogen
Located in San Carlos and San Jose, this project included modular process equipment installed in an exterior yard and the buildout of an advanced manufacturing shop, supporting specialized production and evolving operational needs.
Additional scope included a protoplant for testing and development, along with tool fit-up and various supporting improvements, delivered with a focus on flexibility and precision.
Lyft R&D Center
NOVO Construction partnered with Lyft's autonomous vehicle R&D team on a design-build tenant improvement that transformed raw space into a fully integrated AV development environment. The project encompassed a purpose-built R&D garage, flexible lab space, and a dedicated rack lab — designed to support the technical demands and rapid iteration of autonomous vehicle engineering.
Support offices kept cross-functional teams connected to the work happening on the floor. NOVO coordinated closely with Lyft's engineering and facilities stakeholders from concept through construction, delivering a facility built for the future of mobility.
Firefly Aerospace

Flex
NOVO Construction has delivered extensive tenant improvement and manufacturing infrastructure work across Flextronics' Austin campus, spanning hundreds of thousands of square feet across multiple facilities. Flagship work on the 275,000 SF Research Park Unit L included offices, labs, final assembly, testing, server rooms, and shipping and receiving — alongside a new 25,000 SF office mezzanine, equipment yards housing scrubbers, process boilers, and acid waste neutralization, and a 10MW electrical capacity upgrade with emergency generator and UPS systems.
Additional scopes included Unit A's 20,000 SF tenant improvement and 40,000 SF manufacturing prep, involving AHU replacement, ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanroom relocation, and full HVAC and power infrastructure for electric manufacturing tools. NOVO also completed a 32,000 SF corporate tenant improvement and a series of projects across Units C, D, and B, the visitor lobby, mezzanine, and critical utility infrastructure — reflecting a sustained, trusted presence across one of Austin's most complex electronics manufacturing campuses.
