Phase 1: Demolish, abate and remove ACCM in existing office space ready for new construction.
Phase 2: Perform voluntary seismic on all roof trusses by installing steel channel reinforcement, and nailing in shear walls at designated locations.
Phase 3: Build out office space with new MEPF System, along with relocating an existing Server Room to a new location with minimal service interruptions. Furnished and installed a new boiler system along with upgrading all electrical panels near the production Area to a NEMA 12 grade. All work was done while the tenants continued with their production in the space
