57,000 SF of new tenant improvement which included a new all hands area and a large break room. The new design incorporated existing conference rooms and office build out with the new construction. NOVO provided wood slates, custom wall coverings, and wood panel finishes throughout, as well as VE options to build out the space per the client’s budget.
