13,000 SF of high-end tenant improvement featuring a completely custom circular conference room, large open concept break area, sleek lighting fixtures throughout, multi-tiered acoustical baffles and a café overlooking Austin. Also included was end grain wood floor, Italian ceramic tile, turf rigid baffles, illuminated wall with acrylic panels, Haworth demountable wall systems, and custom wall graphics.
