16,200 SF tenant improvement project located in the heart of downtown Palo Alto above an occupied retail space. The project included private office and open office seating on the 3rd & 4th Floors, Executive Conference Center on the 2nd Floor, and the gym and lobby on the 1st Floor – totaling 3.5 floors. The project required the entire, existing mechanical system and rooftop equipment be replaced with a more efficient VRF system.
