13,000 SF two-floor tenant improvement for a law firm. Work was done in an occupied building. Scope included full demo back to cold-shell. Included new mechanical and plumbing systems throughout the 1st and 2nd floor. Full TI included full acoustical upgrades, steel and timber upgrades, entrance with tiling and main lobby upgrade.
