The project encompassed a substantial 12,000 square feet of tenant improvements within a historic building located in the vibrant Jackson Square area. The scope of work involved extensive demolition and a comprehensive build back of the interior space to meet the needs of the occupants. This full scope of work included the creation of a dynamic entertainment space on the first floor, which featured a break area and a welcoming reception zone. On the second floor, the design incorporated both open and private offices, as well as a designated virtual trial room to support modern business activities.
