40,000 SF d/b tenant improvement that includes a 5,000 SF R&D garage space with 7,000 SF of supporting R&D labs, and data center. The garage and supporting labs involved custom-designed, specialty equipment that are utilized for different steps of product development for Lyft’s confidential R&D efforts.
