San Francisco

20,000 SF corporate tenant improvement project. The Build out was a fast-paced TI which included new offices, conference rooms, IDF room, and board room for Box.com’s sales team.

Redwood City

330,000 SF tenant improvement for two new buildings in downtown Redwood City. The tenant improvements started while the base building contractor finished the base building systems and restrooms. These projects included open office, private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, full-service kitchen, 1000-person eatery, executive briefing center, lab to demonstrate various server room layouts, and a pre-action fire sprinkler system.

Los Altos

Demolition of (E) T-Bar ceiling to expose the existing structure. Scope included installation of painted floating T-Bar clouds and high-end light fixtures, installation of a 15’ slide at the lobby entrance, new entry ceramic tile, stained concrete, and over 30 different types of carpet. Millwork scope comprised of Banquette seating, various break rooms, a lobby reception desk and a genius bar.
